General of the Navy has promulgated reference (a), JAGINST 5800.7G Manual of 
the Judge Advocate General (JAGMAN), Change Transmittal 2, on 30 November 
2023.  JAGINST 5800.7G represents a complete revision of JAGMAN, Chapter 1 
and all other versions shall be replaced.
